Weaver Gaines to Present Namesake Award
Gainesville, FL – December 9, 2021 – BioFlorida’s 2021 Weaver H. Gaines Entrepreneur of the Year Award will be presented by its namesake, Weaver Gaines, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Evren Technologies, Inc. The award honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the growth of Florida's life sciences industry in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology or bioagriculture.
Gaines will be presenting the award at the annual BioFlorida conference in Orlando (Dec. 8-10). As a founding director of BioFlorida, Gaines is thrilled with their growth as an organization and is looking forward to attending the event.
