Gainesville, FL – December 6, 2021 – Evren Co-founder and Executive Chairman Weaver Gaines will be presenting at the annual BioFlorida Conference in Orlando. Gaines will compete alongside 14 other top executives and entrepreneurs from emerging life sciences companies in the BioPitch semi-finals.
Selected companies will deliver pitches to life science investors in closed sessions. Four finalists will be given the opportunity to pitch to the entire conference at the General Session on December 10. The winning company will be awarded $10,000.
Gaines is a founding director of BioFlorida and will be presenting his namesake award at the conference in addition to participating in the BioPitch competition.
