

My Story
Dr. Lamb is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Florida. His research has included the altered relationships between cognitive and emotional brain networks underlying emotional dysregulation associated with PTSD and mTBI; the impact of vagal nerve stimulation on neural circuits underlying memory and cognitive function; and the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with tVNS. Dr. Lamb is a member of the Society for Neuroscience, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Organization for Computational Neurosciences, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the American Physical Society.
He received a BS in Computer Engineering and a BS in Math from the University of Maryland, an MS in Computer Science at the University of Chicago, and a PhD in Neuroscience at Emory University. Dr. Lamb is a co-inventor on Evren’s licensed patent on closed loop tVNS.
